Man sought in theft of lottery tickets from American Legion

Police hope surveillance pictures will help them identify the man who broke into the American Legion in Zionsville last week.

It happened on Monday, Oct. 15. Investigators said the man stole lottery tickets from the American Legion and later cashed them at a gas station in Indianapolis.

Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 317-262-8477 (TIPS) or 800-222-8477 (TIPS). You can also text “INDYCS” plus your tip to 274637 (CRIMES).

Anonymous tips may also be submitted at the Crime Stoppers website. You will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 if the information leads to a felony arrest.

Only tips submitted directly and anonymously to Crime Stoppers are eligible for these cash rewards.
