( WXIN-TV FOX59 ) Metro Homicide Detectives have arrested Terry Drake B/M/20 for the murder Walter Jones. The homicide took place on January 2nd, 2010 at 4519 Jamestown Ct. A second victim was located outside the residence, he was identified as Paul Moore. Moore had been shot several times He did survive the shooting. Drake was arrest at 2318 Danford Sq. without incident as a result of an anonymous tip. Terry Drake faces 1 count of Murder, 1 count Attempt Murder, Robbery and carrying a handgun without a license. |
