What we were expecting: The next Adele.

What we got instead: An "SNL" performance so dreadful it warranted a Kristen Wiig parody and an indefinite postponement of all U.S. tour dates. NBC's own Brian Williams calls Lana's performance "one of the worst outings in 'SNL' history." And that's saying a lot.
