"'Til Death" actor Brad Garrett's own real-life marriage hasn't lasted.
The former "Everybody Loves Raymond" actor and his wife, Jill Diven, have finalized their divorce, reports People.
Diven, 43, was a cocktail waitress when she first met Garrett. He proposed to her on the set of "Raymond" in August 1998 and they wed the following May. Diven filed for divorce in July 2006.
Under the terms of the divorce, the former couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children: Max, 9, and Hope, 7. Garrett will pay $20,000 in child support and $35,000 in spousal support each month.
Garrett, 47, currently stars as Eddie Stark on FOX's "'Til Death" opposite Joely Fisher and Eddie Kaye Thomas. He can also be heard as the ghostly Gusteau in Pixar's "Ratatouille," which is out on DVD.
