One lady was not feeling the love for an actor she alleges attacked her and then chucked her designer purse out a window.

Actor Faizon Love was named in a lawsuit filed Tuesday (June 5) by a stage manager named Beatrice Eliza who claims that he attacked her after she fended off his sexual advances, reports TMZ.com.

According to the documents found on the celebrity website, the "Elf" actor first made his move in a car after Eliza picked him up at Burbank Airport in March en route to deliveirng him to the Stella Adler theater. Love first rubbed her head, and even though she told him that made her uncomfortable, proceeded to rub her arm. It wasn't until she threatened to kick him out of the car that he stopped.

Four days later, Love's actions escalated violently on the set of the production "Irresponsible Behavior." After an argument over a bathroom key, the actor allegedly "yelled and cursed at [Eliza]," "chased her around a table," and "threw chairs at her." And while Love was on a roll, from the second floor he defenestrated her Gucci handbag.

Eliza claims that she then dialed 911, and LAPD officers arrived on the scene.

The stage manager claims she has "suffered great mental, physical and nervous pain" as a result and is suing for compensatory, exemplary and punitive damages and legal fees.

Love, 38, has appeared in a number of films including "Elf," "Money Talks," "The Replacements," "Blue Crush," "Just My Luck" and "Idlewild."
