Shelley Conn, 'Terra Nova'

It's no wonder Shelley Conn is destined for stardom -- she's the great-niece of Hollywood legend Merle Oberon ("Wuthering Heights"). Still, Conn's cred is all in her acting chops, not her family tree. Prior to being cast as mom/trauma surgeon Elisabeth Shannon on FOX's "Terra Nova," Conn mainly stuck to British projects -- she co-starred on both the BBC's "Mersey Beat" and "Casualty" with boyfriend Jonathan Kerrigan and put in her time on stage with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
