FOX Spies NSA Drama from '24' Team

FOX is feeling thrilled, but secretive, about "NSA Innocent," a pilot from "24" co-creator Bob Cochran.

The network has given "NSA Innocent" a seven-figure put pilot commitment, according to The Hollywood Reporter, a sign of enthusiasm. The pilot will be written by Cochran and David Ehrman ("JAG," "24"), while Cochran's "24" cohorts Joel Surnow and Howard Gordon will join the two writers in executive producing.

What, exactly, is "NSA Innocent" about? Short answer: An everyman who gets caught up in a world of espionage. Long answer: Nobody's talking.

Real Time Prods. will produce through 20th Century Fox TV.

Earlier this fall, Cochran, Surnow and Gordon won the outstanding drama series Emmy for "24." The trio is working on an eternally gestating "24" feature, as well as a limited comedy series for Ray Romano, currently set up at HBO.
