Fast National ratings for Thursday, March 29, 2007

On a night largely filled with reruns, CBS' lineup of new episodes Thursday rolled to a ratings victory.

For the night, CBS earned a 10.6 rating/18 share. ABC was well back in second at 5.8/10. FOX, 4.7/8, came in third. NBC averaged 3.1/5 and The CW 1.6/3.

CBS similarly dominated the adults 18-49 demographic with a 5.3 rating. ABC's 3.2 was good for second place. FOX took third with a 2.8, followed by NBC, 2.3, and The CW, 1.0.

"Survivor: Fiji" put CBS on top at 8 p.m. with an 8.1/14. FOX grabbed second with "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth-Grader?," 6.2/11. An "Ugly Betty" rerun on ABC came in third, beating out two episodes of "The Office," 3.4/6, on NBC. The CW got a 1.8/3 from its "Smallville" repeat.

"CSI" scored the night's biggest audience at 9 p.m. with a 14.0/22. ABC moved up to second with a "Grey's Anatomy" rerun, 6.5/10. Reruns of "Family Guy" and "American Dad" gave FOX third in households with a 3.2/5, though NBC had a few more viewers with another "Office," 3.6/6, and "Andy Barker, P.I.," 2.6/4. The CW aired a "Supernatural" rerun.

At 10 p.m., "Shark" drew a 9.8/17 to close out CBS' sweep of the night. "October Road" posted a 5.7/10 for ABC, while two more "Office" reruns on NBC averaged 2.8/5.
