MTV says it's developing an American version of the British teen series <a href="http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/tv/skins/EP01071363">"Skins."</a> One of the show's creators will be involved in the new show, which can be a good sign for shows that are imported from other countries.<br> <br> If MTV manages to do "Skins" justice, it will be an exception rather than the rule.
