UCLA Plans 19-Story Student Housing Tower; State Awards Tax Credits to 17 TV Projects

UCLA is moving forward with a 19-story student housing tower that will replace five aging apartment buildings and provide more than 1,100 beds to students near the Westwood campus. Meanwhile, California has awarded new tax credits to 17 TV projects. The move is expected to generate over $1.2 billion and thousands of production jobs statewide.
