Culver City
Cole Kayser and Jay Hall were commended by the City Council for their roles in the capture of three men after an armed robbery at a jewelry store in Fox Hills Mall.
Kayser was driving a truck on Sepulveda Boulevard when he saw the three men running from a policeman. He stopped and ran after them, eventually grabbing one. Although the man broke free, Culver City police arrested him.
Hall followed the other suspects and pointed police in their direction.
