The Khmer Rouge reported that more than 27,000 Vietnamese troops have been killed since they launched an offensive against Cambodian guerrillas in November. Pol Pot, who heads a Communist faction among three guerrilla contingents opposing the Vietnamese, reviewed the fighting in a report read for him on Khmer Rouge radio.
