COLISEUM ‘4TH’ SHOW CANCELED
The “All American 4th of July” musical celebration at the Memorial Coliseum has been canceled due to financial difficulties.
“At the very last minute, one of the primary financiers pulled out of the show and we were unable to replace that financier,” said producer Michael Choate of J. Michael Productions, who canceled the show.
The Independence Day fete was to have included a salute to Vietnam veterans. Choate said his company plans to perform the salute at a future date.
