LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Sept. 27, 1985

Six partners and eight associates of Rifkind & Sterling Inc., a Beverly Hills law firm, will join the Los Angeles office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed as partners, effective Tuesday. The new HH&R; partners are Andrea H. Bricker, Richard S. Friedman, George A. Furst, Richard J. Kaplan, Theodore H. Latty and Mark R. Moskowitz.
