Pearlman Resigning Post as Assistant at Treasury

WASHINGTON —
Ronald A. Pearlman, assistant Treasury secretary for tax policy, is resigning his job, effective Dec. 20, to return to private law practice in St. Louis, the Treasury Department announced Wednesday. J. Roger Mentz, deputy assistant secretary for tax policy, will temporarily succeed Pearlman.
