An ITT unit and one of its workers were indicted.
A federal grand jury in Boston handed up the indictment against an International Telephone & Telegraph division that bids on defense projects, and a former employee, whom it accused of offering government officials liquor and golf outings in exchange for information on projects. The former ITT-Gilfillan employee was identified by Assistant U.S. Atty. Gary Crossen as Edward Vicenzi of Wellesley, Mass., a senior marketing representative.
