Lewis S. Eaton, former chairman of Guarantee Financial Corp. of California, has been named a director of Glenfed Inc., Glendale. Eaton’s appointment is a result of the acquisition of Guarantee Financial by Glenfed Inc. Eaton will also be chairman of the new Guarantee division of Glendale Federal, the principal operating subsidiary of Glenfed Inc.
