Murder Trial Slated for Dana Point Man

BAKERSFIELD —
An Orange County man will stand trial on a charge of murdering a man at a Lake Isabella campground.
Municipal Judge Harry Anthony (Skip) Staley rejected a defense argument that the beating of Danny Frazier, 36, at the Tillie Creek Campground on Oct. 24 was meant only to hurt, not kill him. Frazier died three days later.
Staley ordered Louis William Disparte, 43, of Dana Point to be arraigned Dec. 15 in Kern County Superior Court.
