Local News in Brief : Deadline Set for Applications
The deadline for applying for seats on two commissions and one committee in Lawndale is Friday.
Five seats are open on both the Planning Commission and the Parks, Recreation and Social Services Commission, and seven seats are available on Lawndale’s Citizens Advisory Committee. The current commission terms expire April 30. The City Council will make appointments at its 7 p.m. meeting May 5 at City Hall.
