Directors of Lorimar Telepictures and Warner Communications approved a revised definitive agreement for Warner to acquire Lorimar. The revised agreement still requires approval of Lorimar stockholders, who are to receive 0.3675 of one Warner share for each Lorimar share instead of the 0.415 under the original agreement. Warner is appealing a New York state judge’s ruling that bars it from completing the merger unless certain conditions are met.
