HDL Communications Agrees to Merge With Los Angeles Advertising Agency

HDL Communications of Costa Mesa said it has signed a letter of intent to combine with Bermudez Associates, a West Los Angeles advertising agency specializing in the Latino market.
Under the terms of the deal, Bermudez will wind up with 72% of HDL’s stock. Eduardo Bermudez, the ad agency’s chairman and chief executive, will assume the same positions at HDL.
Officials from the two companies could not be reached for comment.
