Columbia Pictures Entertainment: The New York-based movie and TV company said net income applicable to common stockholders for fiscal 1989 was $16 million. Revenue was $1.62 billion. For the fourth quarter, net income totaled $300,000 on revenue of $445.5 million. These are the first full-year and fourth-quarter results since the firm was formed by the combination of Tri-Star Pictures and the entertainment business sector of Coca-Cola Co. in December, 1987.
