AME Inc. said Martin Katz is resigning June 1 as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for the Burbank videotape post-production house.

He will be replaced by Kathleen Amundson, formely vice president of finance and accounting for New World Entertainment and also director of finance of the Disney Channel.
