ABC had the highest-rated special of the week with the concluding installment of “Small Sacrifices,” but NBC again won the prime-time ratings race last week. Four of the week’s most-watched programs were on NBC, led by the ever-popular “Cosby Show.” Fox Broadcasting also had reason to crow Tuesday: Figures released by the A. C. Nielsen Co. showed the network getting its best-ever ratings for Sunday night series programming. With a one-hour edition, Fox’s “America’s Most Wanted” finished second in its 8-to-9 p.m. time period, trailing only “Murder, She Wrote” on CBS. The full list of ratings is on F13.

* In the battle Sunday from 9 to 11 p.m., Perry Mason beat Judith Krantz. NBC’s latest movie about the sage attorney, “The Case of the All-Star Assassin,” won the time period by attracting 26% of the available viewers. The first part of “Till We Meet Again,” the CBS miniseries based on Krantz’s novel, drew 23%, while the movie “Outrageous Fortune” drew 20% on ABC. TV RATINGS
