Police Slay Gunman Who Killed Restaurant Patron

A man shot one person to death and critically wounded another in a downtown restaurant early Tuesday before being killed by police officers, authorities said. “Some kind of an argument started, we don’t know what about,” Police Chief Don Millhouse said.
