Windham Hill Signs Distribution Agreement: Windham Hill Records, which had reportedly been up for sale for $50 million, has signed a new record distribution agreement with Bertelsmann AG, which owns the RCA record label. The value of the agreement was not disclosed. Anne Robinson, president of Windham Hill, said the agreenent becomes effective April 1. She added that the accord ends the search for a buyer of Windham Hill, which was previously distributed by A&M; Records.
