James A. Cote, formerly president of Grubb & Ellis Securities Co., San Francisco, and a principal of Grubb & Ellis Realty Advisors Inc., has been named a principal and senior vice president in charge of marketing for MIG Realty Advisors Inc., West Palm Beach, Fla., and will manage MIG’s new Walnut Creek office.
