THREE FROM O.C.?: Olympics organizer Peter V. Ueberroth of Emerald Bay, above, plans to attend the state Republican convention in Burlingame this weekend, amid speculation he may become a candidate for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Democrat Alan Cranston. Political campaign lawyer Dana W. Reed is going with Ueberroth and notes “there’s a still a week left” to file for a Senate race. . . . Rep. William E. Dannemeyer (R-Fullerton) is among those challenging Anaheim Republican U.S. Sen. John Seymour for the other Senate seat up for grabs this year.
