Single-Family Home Sales Remain Steady
Sales of single-family homes held steady in the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley and Moorpark during October.
In the Conejo Valley, which includes Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Newbury Park, brokers sold 220 houses, down from 229 in September but an improvement over 213 sales a year ago. The figures were reported by the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors.
The Simi Valley-Moorpark Assn. of Realtors said its members sold 119 homes in October, compared to 121 in September and 124 in October, 1994.
