Suzanne Somers, who co-starred in the sitcom “Step by Step” and co-hosts “Candid Camera” (CBS), and her husband, producer-manager Alan Hamel, have sold their longtime Marina del Rey home for $2 million and moved to Malibu.

Somers, 53, also wrote the just-published “365 Ways to Change Your Life” (Crown Publishers, $17.95), her seventh book. She became a TV star as a dumb blond on the ABC sitcom “Three’s Company” (1977-81).

The couple had lived in their Marina del Rey home, a beachfront townhouse, for 22 years. They had gutted and remodeled the trilevel residence, which has three bedrooms in about 3,500 square feet. The home also has a rooftop sun deck.

Somers and Hamel bought a Malibu house with 90 feet of beachfront. They paid in the $2-million range, Malibu real estate sources said.

Debra Berman and Pat Kandel of Coldwell Banker Previews, Marina del Rey, had the Marina listing.

An oceanfront Malibu home owned by the late ventriloquist and puppeteer Shari Lewis and her husband, book publisher and TV producer Jeremy Tarcher, has been listed at just under $1.9 million.

The Emmy-winning Lewis, known for her puppet Lamb Chop and her PBS series “The Charlie Horse Music Pizza,” died in 1998 at 65. She wrote more than 60 children’s books and appeared in the video “101 Things for Kids to Do.”

Tarcher, 67, created “The Charlie Horse Music Pizza” with Lewis. They were married for 40 years.

Their Malibu retreat, in a guard-gated community, was built in 1963 and has four bedrooms in 1,700 square feet. The Cape Cod-style home also has private office space and a detached guest house.

Katie Wagner, eldest daughter of actor Robert Wagner and stepdaughter of the late actress Natalie Wood, has sold her Brentwood condo so she can go on location as a new correspondent for the Oklahoma-based TV Guide Channel.

An actress as well as a model, Katie Wagner has been the host of a number of TV specials and was in the cast of the TV series “Happy Hour” (1998-99).

The TV Guide Channel announced a make-over in November. Formerly just a scroll of TV listings, the cable network has been redesigned to include national and local entertainment and information.

Wagner, 35, sold the two-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot unit for $350,000. The condo has been in Wagner’s family since it was built in 1974.

Richard Ehrlich of Westside Estate Agency, Beverly Hills, represented Wagner in the sale.
