Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public’s Help Finding 4 Suspects

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people wanted for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Esteban De Los Santos, 23, allegedly violated his probation on a drug possession conviction and failed to appear in court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and committing a felony while free on bail.

De Los Santos, who also goes by the names Steve Arroyo, Steve Santos and Esteban Arroyo, last lived on Gonzales Road in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 8, 170 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and several tattoos, including two clowns on his right arm and the words “Ghino” and “RIP Juan Arroyo” on his left arm.

Luana Arlene Ellison, 41, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for drug possession.

Ellison is Latina, 5 feet 6, 160 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and a rose tattooed on her left shoulder. She last lived in the 100 block of Wolff Street in Oxnard.

Edward John Hutchings, 27, allegedly failed to appear in court on drug possession charges. He is white, 5 feet 11, 205 pounds and last lived in the 1500 block of Levy Way in Oxnard.

Adolfo Ramirez Roman, 36, allegedly failed to appear in court on a drug possession charge. He had worked for an electronics firm and last lived in Port Hueneme.

Roman, who also uses the last name Gustavo, is Latino, 5 feet 5, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on these cases is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
