Officials Seek Public’s Help in Finding 4 Men

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four men who allegedly violated probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Paul Robert Rondeau, 45, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for assault with a deadly weapon. He last lived in the 600 block of Avenida de la Plata in Newbury Park.

Rondeau is white, 5 feet 6, 150 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He has two tattoos, including “63 Pan” with flames on his right arm and a cloud with a chariot on his right shoulder.

Luis Michael Velasquez, 32, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for possessing marijuana for sale and drunk driving. He is an unemployed oil field worker who last lived in the 100 block of South Linden Drive in Ventura.

Velasquez is Latino, 5 feet 8, 185 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and the name “Bethani” tattooed on his stomach.

Oscar Rivera Bedolla, 19, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for conspiring to commit robbery and burglary. He last lived in the 100 block of Eliza Court in Oxnard.

He is Latino, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Darin Robert Nelson, 36, allegedly violated the terms of his probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance. He last lived in the 4700 block of Loma Vista Drive in Ventura.

Nelson is white, 5 feet 10, 145 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK (8255) or 494-TALK (8255). There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
