TUSTIN
The City Council’s vote to support Proposition 12 recently failed Tuesday with a 2-2 vote. Councilmen Jeffery M. Thomas and Mike Doyle opposed the proposition, which is a $2.1-billion bond measure that would allow cities to fund park, recreation and conservation projects throughout the state. Councilman Jim Potts and Mayor Tracy Wills Worley supported the proposition and Councilman Thomas R. Saltarelli was absent.
