City Council Votes Against Breakup of L.A.

Citing financial uncertainties, the San Fernando City Council has voted unanimously to oppose the breakup of Los Angeles.
Councilwoman Beverly Di Tomaso said her city gets its fire protection services and up to 25% of its water from Los Angeles, so any disruption to those services could affect San Fernando.
