Girlfrenzy postponed
Your frenzy will have to wait. The new Girlfrenzy music festival, featuring chart-toppers Sheryl Crow, Avril Lavigne, Fiona Apple, Miranda Lambert and others, has been postponed. Girlfrenzy was scheduled for Oct. 27 in Irvine, and only this week organizers had announced the addition of a second stage for more fledgling female performers.
The event will be rescheduled for 2008, it was announced Wednesday.
Why was the plug pulled? So far even the musicians haven’t been told, according to one participant’s representative.
