Tim Tams by any other name

Regarding candy [“Sweet Somethings From Far, Far Away,” Aug. 17]: When we were in Australia last year, we became hooked on Arnott’s Tim Tams. Each “biscuit” consists of two rectangular chocolate cookies with chocolate filling in between and the whole is covered in chocolate -- delicious!

They’re available with milk- and dark-chocolate fillings, as well as strawberry and caramel fillings, but the chocolate ones are our favorites. We found that Cost Plus World Market has them with chocolate and caramel fillings for about $4 per package, only they’re not sold as Tim Tams. In the U.S., they are Arnott’s Chocolate Covered Biscuits.
