Re “Little avatars behaving badly,” July 2

Oh my. Just look at the caption under the visual in the article: “WELL-POLICED: Websites such as Whyville monitor every word a child types.”

Parents are concerned about their children being safe in a virtual world? How about the real world?

I find the scariest thing is that Numedeon Inc. and Habbo are teaching little American children to complacently accept monitoring of their every word as commonplace. I am thankful that even little children are wise enough to sense this invasion of the right of privacy and free speech.
