California Pizza Kitchen Inc., a casual dining chain, said its second-quarter profit fell 7% on weaker revenue.
Net income was $6.1 million, or 25 cents a share, down from $6.6 million, or 26 cents, a year earlier. Sales fell 3.2% to $170.9 million from $176.6 million. The profit and revenue matched analysts’ estimates.
Shares fell 24 cents Thursday to close at $15.90.
