Police also announced that they had charged a third man with conspiracy. Clinton Mogg, 42, of Bournemouth, in southern England, is scheduled to appear in court today.

Two well-dressed men walked into a Graff Diamonds store on Aug. 6 and pulled out handguns, ordering a shop worker to place jewelry into a bag.

They made off with 43 watches, rings, bracelets and necklaces.
