Movie titles involving 9: An article in Saturday’s Calendar about the spate of films with the number 9 in the title said that the title of Federico Fellini’s 1963 classic “8 1/2 “ reflected the number of films that the movie’s main character, Guido Anselmi, has directed. The title denotes the number of movies that Fellini himself had directed at that point in his career.
