Actress Jennette McCurdy has bought a home in Studio City for $905,000, public records show.

This is her name’s first appearance on L.A. County property records, according to Zillow, which uncovered the sale.

The contemporary Mediterranean, built in 1987 and updated, features an open floor plan, family room, two fireplaces, a den/office, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,600 square feet of living space. There are decks and a hot tub.

A star architect to celebrities

McCurdy, 21, starred on “iCarly” from 2007 to 2012 and now stars in the series “Sam & Cat.” She starred in the TV movie “Best Player” (2011) and will be in “Swindle,” due out in September.

The property previously sold in 2012 for $740,000.

Tim Swan of Prudential California’s Beverly Hills office was the listing agent. Billy Wynn of Re/Max Olson Estates represented McCurdy.
