Drake’s Yolo Estate in Hidden Hills briefly lists for sale at $20 million
Hold on — is Drake staying home?
Just as quickly as it appeared on the Multiple Listing Service, the rapper-producer’s Hidden Hills party palace has exited the market. It had been listed for $19,999,900, records show.
Dubbed the Yolo Estate, the approximately three-acre property contains a world of standout features behind its gates: a 25-seat theater, a game room, a spa/massage room and a massive wine cellar complete with separate tasting room.
Outdoors, the estate centers on an over-the-top swimming pool with a swim-in grotto, cascading waterfalls and an 80-foot-long rock waterslide. A stone-lined pavilion surrounds the tennis/basketball court, and a beach volleyball court sits above the main house. A mechanical riding bull provides an additional layer of entertainment.
The main house, built in English Tudor style in 1974, boasts coffered and beamed ceilings, a wood-paneled library and four fireplaces with stone surrounds. A total of six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms lie within 12,500 square feet of living space.
Drake bought the house five years ago for $7.7 million, records show.
Drake, whose legal name is Aubrey Drake Graham, is a multi-platinum recording artist, songwriter and producer. Among his hits are “The Motto,” “Best I Ever Had” and “Hotline Bling.”
He won a Grammy Award in 2013 for the album “Take Care.”
