Evan Ross, the son of Motown superstar Diana Ross, has sold his bachelor days house in Hollywood Hills West for $1.25 million.

A gated courtyard entry and a direct-access garage give the home extra privacy. Vaulted ceilings, large expanses of walls for art display and glass doors that open to patio space give the 1956 post-and-beam a hip vibe.

The nearly 1,700 square feet of living space includes family, living and dining rooms, a breakfast bar, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The master suite has a stone bathtub.

A Zen-inspired koi pond, a covered patio, a swimming pool with a spa and a flagstone deck complete the property, which sits on a cul-de-sac.

Ross, 26, married singer-actress Ashlee Simpson last year. The actor-producer has been in such films as “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay,” “Jeff, Who Lives at Home,” “According to Greta” and “Mooz-Lum.”

He bought the property in 2012 for $1.359 million.

Craig Strong of John Aaroe Group was the listing agent. Rita Semprevivo of Keller Williams represented the buyer.
