Hot Property: Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green buy Bing Crosby’s old carriage house

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, who are hoping to soon be home sellers, have already snatched up new place in Toluca Lake for $3.35 million, The Times has confirmed, and what a place it is.

The contemporary ranch house, built in 1936, was crooner Bing Crosby’s original carriage house. Set on an acre with mature oaks and olive trees, the 6,710-square-foot home was extensively remodeled six years ago.

Features include exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, skylights, a library, a rec room, four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The 563-square-foot pool house has its own kitchen.

There’s a saltwater pool, a spa and a fire pit.

Fox, 28, is known for the “Transformers” films. She stars in the summer action comedy “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”

Green, 40, has been on “Anger Management” since it started two years ago. His claim to fame is “Beverly Hills, 90210.” He will star in the upcoming horror film “Don’t Blink.”

They have another house for sale in Los Feliz. Trulia broke the news of their purchase.

Craig Strong of John Aaroe Group was the listing agent of the Toluca Lake house. Brenda Catalano of Coldwell Banker represented Fox and Green.
