The walled one-third-acre lot has a swimming pool. There are panoramic views of the city and ocean.

Fox, 28, stars in the summer action comedy “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” The model/actress was on the series “Hope & Faith” from 2004-06.

Green, 40, played David Silver on “Beverly Hills, 90210” from 1990-2000. The actor/rapper will star in the horror film “Don’t Blink,” set for September release.

Fox bought the property the year before the couple’s 2010 wedding for $2.943 million, public records show. Hat tip goes to Redfin for spotting the sale.

The pair recently bought a house in Toluca Lake for $3.35 million that was once the carriage house of the Bing Crosby estate.

Brenda Catalano of Coldwell Banker handled the sale.
