The latest Orange County communities with coronavirus cases

After weeks of daily double-digit increases, Orange County reported only nine new coronavirus infections Monday, bringing the region’s total to 1,283 since the outbreak began.

The most recent update represented the smallest day-over-day increase in the county’s COVID-19 caseload since March 17.

The county’s total includes 19 deaths, the most recent of which was confirmed Sunday.

Countywide, 103 COVID-19 patients were hospitalized as of Monday, according to the Orange County Health Care Agency, and 51 of them were in intensive care.

To date, 14,175 people have been tested for the coronavirus infection countywide.

Three county cities — Anaheim, Irvine and Santa Ana — all now have at least 100 confirmed cases.
