Previously, Jim Spear was Exectuive Vice President and CFO of Cadence Health; co-CEO and CFO of Bakeline Group,LLC; and Vice President Finance at Keebler Foods Company. He started his career at Price Waterhouse. He is both a CPA and a CMA.
