New Diet Coke Frost Cherry Slurpees at 7-Eleven, here’s how to get one free

Share

7-Eleven launched Diet Coke Frost Cherry Slurpees on Wednesday, with more Diet Coke flavors slated to hit the convenience store chain later this year.

The new flavor is the first Diet Coke frozen product in more than 30 years and 7-Eleven’s first new diet cola Slurpee variety in a while. Anyone remember/still mourning the loss of the Diet Pepsi variety that was discontinued years ago?

The new flavor is 30 calories per 20-ounce serving and is meant to taste like a frosty Diet Cherry Coke.

If you want to get your hands on a free one, text “DietCoke” to 711711 or download the 7-Eleven mobile app to receive a free small Slurpee mobile coupon. The coupon is limited to one per customer, while supplies last, through May 20.

We tried to grab the new Slurpee at a 7-Eleven downtown earlier today, but it wasn’t available. Despite having ads up for the new flavor on one Slurpee machine, we were told by the cashier: “Maybe tomorrow.”

The flavor will be available at 7-Eleven until May 20, then it will hit other retailers offering frozen drinks nationwide.
