'Notorious' (1946)

OK, so Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman don't have on-screen sex in this classic Hitchcock film, but they do talk about "having dinner" in a suggestive way. And, more to the point, they engage in what was called the longest kiss in the history of the movies -- except that the kiss is interrupted by lines of dialogue or lusty looks every three seconds. Why? Because the production code of the time forbade kisses lasting longer than three seconds. See full story
