Street closures scheduled due to Vice President Joe Biden’s visit

Police warned motorists of street closures slated for Thursday afternoon as Vice President Joe Biden is reportedly visiting The Ellen DeGeneres Show in Burbank.

Olive Avenue between Forest Lawn Drive and North Pass Avenue is slated to be closed from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., said Burbank Police Officer Joshua Kendrick.
Officials warned motorists to avoid the following areas to prevent traffic delays:

- Sherman Way and Vineland Avenue from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- North Hollywood Way and Alameda Avenue from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Olive Avenue and Hollywood Way from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Alameda Avenue and westbound Ventura (134) Freeway from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
